Introduction
Public speaking determines whether leaders win support or lose momentum. This five-day course focuses on preparing, delivering, and adapting presentations for high-stakes situations. Participants rehearse board updates, investor pitches, town halls and media briefings and receive targeted feedback. The aim is clearer messages, steadier delivery, and stronger control of Q&A.
Objectives
2. Use voice, pacing and purposeful gestures to hold attention and emphasize key points.
3. Design slides and visuals that reduce cognitive load and reinforce the spoken message.
4. Manage Q&A: answer concisely, bridge to core messages and defuse hostile or off-topic questions.
5. Adjust content and delivery in real time for different audiences and formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid).

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
